I was about to go to the doctor for a tendon injury I've got in my elbow however after reading this I've concluded that it is better to put up with the pain as this will help me to avoid doing anything to further injure it. I've found that a half hour treatment of 3 minutes in hot water and thirty seconds in ice water gives it a lot of relief along with using things such as heat rub or comfrey ointment also help. Of course these provide temporary relief but not the steroid kind.

    Comment: Well, I guess I'm in the 1%. As are the rest of my siblings. We all have a rare genetic disease. Oh and my dad died from the same disease when we were kids. That disease would be Familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP). Which is because of known gene mutation. So I guess I do blame my genes Cristina.
