I have had the difficulty of  printing your articles in the past, and was told by your representative that I must log in before the printer friendly version will become available, but I HAVE logged in,  and the printer friendly version still is not available.

 I believe other subscribers have had the same problem.  you have a great website with wonderful content, but the inability for subscribers to friends the articles is a nonstarter and you should have it fixed immediately!!!!!!
