I've been looking at green tea this morning and have found:
http://www.greenmedinfo.com/substance/green-tea and http://www.greenmedinfo.com/substance/tea-green, both of which appear to have different counts, but really should be classed as one entry.
Is it possible to merge topics like this one, to help end-user experience?

That's a good point
I've brought this issue up with Sayer to see about merging these two topics. Due to the complexity of the system, there are sometimes situations where based on the topic verbage, he may or may not link a topic up with other topics for a specific purpose. This might be one of those cases, but good looking out =)
