Many of us ate wheat and gluten-containing products from infanthood into adulthood, unaware of the many adverse health effects that came with this socially–sanctioned dietary practice, until our bodies forced us to fully appreciate the darker side of wheat. Bacteria endotoxins - waste matter produced by bacteria - can flood our bodies and cause disease. This is exacerbated by leaky gut syndrome. The combination of the two has now been scientifically linked to a number of metabolic and inflammatory diseases, including heart disease.
