- Order Confirmations
- Send to a Friend
- Webforms
- Contact Form
- Password Reset
- Create a new account
While making use of one of the previously mentioned processes, you have noticed that you actually never received the intended e-mail. This is possibly due to some e-mail providers (yahoo, pacbell.net, etc.) which have very strict protocols regarding e-mail, some of which we are currently in the process of trying to get on their whitelist (ability to send e-mail to their servers without requiring user interaction).
If you are currently having troubles receiving e-mail, and you e-mail address domain is not one of those listed above, please contact me directly at cameron@greenmedinfo.com so that I may attempt to assist you, and hopefully fix whatever issues that you are currently having.
