While we are sad to see you go, we can totally understand that you may wish to cancel your subscription for a variety of reasons. If you currently have an active subscription on the site, and are paying a recurring monthly/yearly fee, you may cancel your subscription manually by following these steps, with more verbose instructions proceeding.
- Visit your account page
- Click the Recurring fees link
- Click the cancel link next to your active subscription
1 ) Visit your account page
You can do this by clicking on the My Account link that may be found in a block on the left hand side of the page (in your user block). You may also click the following link
Notice: This link will only work if you are currently signed into the site. If you are currently browsing the site anonymously, you will be prompted to sign in before you can access your account.
2 ) Click the Recurring fees link
After accessing your account page, you will see a wide variety of tabs at the top. Click the tab labeled "Recurring Fees". It will look as follows...
This will take you to a page which lists all your subscriptions, and their current status.
3 ) Click the cancel link next to your active subscription.
Once you click the cancel link, you will be prompted to confirm that you wish to cancel your subscription. Once you confirm, your account will be updated, and you will no longer be charged. At the end of the billing session, your membership will be removed, and your status will be reverted to an authenticated user, only.
