As an open source project, all 18,000+ study abstracts on our site are free to view and have been painstakingly indexed to support awaress of the science behind natural healing. This indeed is the grassroots mission of our site and fundamental advocacy: to support health freedom through the dissemination of information, which as Thomas Jefferson said, "is the currency of democracy."
