50 adults with Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) were put on a 6-food elimination diet. Food reintroduction (esp. wheat & milk) re-initiated features of EoE, indicating a role for food allergens in its pathogenesis; skin-prick predicted only 13% of foods.
